Living Room - Dining Room - Kitchen Combo
Main floor Bedroom has queen bed, (2) bathrooms have tub/shower combo, living room has sofa/sleeper. Up to Loft with two single beds, lower level or basement has two sets of bunk beds or four single beds with bathroom that has tub/shower also, plus laundry room. Total of 2 big beds and 6 single beds. Rear concrete patio with gas BBQ grill and picnic table. All furnished with towels and blankets, etc.

1-2 People $180 per night
3-4 People $200 per night
5-6 People $220 per night

Leave Yankton on 8th St. or SD Hwy 52 going west, from West City Limits Rd. (large apartments mark this corner) travel west and about 4 miles west, the lake and marina are in sight on the left. Proceed 2 more miles or a total of 6 miles west to Kniest Avenue (large blue and white billboard for House of Mary Shrine marks this corner - click here to see sign). Turn right (north) on Kniest and go 1/2 block north to Midway Gulch entrance. We are also 1 block west and 1/2 block north of the entrance to Lewis and Clark Recreation Area.
